Nordstrom Anniversary Sale: What to Wear Now

Whenever I think of the Anniversary Sale, I immediately think of thick knits, denim and coats for fall and winter, which is always a little depressing when it's still 90 degrees outside. Today I'm sharing some items on sale that you can wear right now while the temps are still hot. These pieces are great because you can wear them now while it's still summer weather, but will transition right into fall. Nordstrom Anniversary Sale: What's in my shopping Bag

1. I am in love with this darling night shirt...I love to wear these when I'm getting ready in the morning. Comfy, cute and under $20!

2. These lounge pants are so comfortable and perfect for wearing around the house on days you don't want to get dressed. And since they're under $25, I'll be getting them in grey and black.

3. Every year during the sale I stock up on my favorite work out pants. I wear these multiple times a week, whether I'm actually working out or just running errands. They are comfortable, flattering and they fit perfectly! If you haven't tried them yet, now is the perfect time...I promise you will love them!

4. I have used this makeup tool to apply my foundation for a few years now and I will never use anything else. Hands-down one of my favorite items in my makeup bag.

5. These candles are some of my favorites--they smell amazing and make a great gift.

6. I wear this tee all the time! I currently own it in navy, so I'll definitely be buying this new lighter blue color while it's on sale.

7. Some of my favorite jeans in a lighter wash with a little bit of distressing. Done and done.

8. I am not usually a fan of palettes because I like to choose my own colors, but this one is gorgeous! It has a great range of wearable colors to create a simple look for day or a dramatic smokey eye. And it includes one of my favorite eyeliner/brush duos and mascara. Such a great deal!

9. I am such a fan of everything Zella does, but this tank is one of my favorites. I love how simple and lightweight it is--perfect for layering when the weather gets cooler. It comes in seven great colors and it's under $25.

10. I ordered this dress today--is always a challenge to find dresses that are long enough, have a sleeve and still look good, so I'm hopeful this one will look as good in person as it does online. I love that it comes in a lot of beautiful colors, too.
