A few weeks ago, Ben was part of the shoot for Carly Megan's Spring/Summer collection "Into the Garden," which embodies the whimsy of childhood and beauty in nature. Each piece is light, airy and perfect for the warmer months ahead. I wanted to share some of the images that my talented friend and photographer Liz captured--it was so hard to pick just a few, so sorry for the picture overload! You can check out the entire Carly Megan collection here and follow her on Instagram for her latest releases.

Anthropologie is having a huge sale this weekend for Mother's Day: 20% off the entire store! This rarely happens, so now is a great time to take advantage and pick up something for your mom, sister or yourself. I was actually at the newly expanded Anthropologie store at Fashion Island in Newport this past weekend (which is amazing!!) and found tons of cute things for spring and summer.
You can shop these items and some of my other favorites below:

Today I'm sharing the details from this look I wore last Sunday. I'm usually drawn to neutrals, but I love a statement piece like this skirt, especially in a bright orange or coral for spring and summer. I purchased this skirt a few weeks ago and it has since sold out, but I'm sharing some similar versions below to achieve the same look:

Urban Decay Makeup Setting Spray // ELF blending brush // ELF powder brush // NYX HD concealer // Glossier concealer // bowl
Even though I have my beauty staples that rarely change, I love trying new products in hopes of adding some new favorites to my arsenal. Here are some new favorites that I'm loving:
Urban Decay Makeup Setting Spray ($30): One of the downsides of having oily skin is that I need to use powder to keep from looking shiny. After I set my makeup with powder, I use three to four spritzes of this spray to help my makeup from looking too powdery. I love that is adds some "dew" to my skin, but doesn't make me look shiny. Added bonus: it smells amazing!! I would definitely recommend trying this one out.
ELF brushes: For only $2-8 dollars each, these brushes are great! I'm amazed at the quality of the bristles and how well they apply my makeup. I love buying these to throw in my makeup bag, so I don't have to worry about my more expensive brushes when I'm on the go or traveling. My new favorite is the blending brush (pictured above). The bristles are so dense and soft--perfect to achieve a flawless finish.
NYX HD concealer ($4.99): I heard about this concealer a lot from different bloggers, but I've always loved my go-to concealer, so I never tried it until now. Now I wish I had tried it sooner. This offers great coverage and really brightens and highlights the eye area. To avoid any creasing, I would highly recommend applying it with your ring finger and then stippling away any excess with a beauty blender. Then set with a light dusting of powder.
Glossier Stretch Concealer ($18): Ok, this concealer is SO good! One of the most frustrating things about concealer is getting creases, which basically defeats the purpose of wearing it. This literally does not crease and leaves a beautiful, dewy finish under your eyes. I actually prefer to wear it without a setting powder. It doesn't work as well for providing full coverage, but I love this for days when I want a more natural look or only have a few minutes to look put together. Highly recommend this stuff.
