Beauty: New Favorite Products

Even though I have my beauty staples that rarely change, I love trying new products in hopes of adding some new favorites to my arsenal. Here are some new favorites that I'm loving:

Urban Decay Makeup Setting Spray ($30): One of the downsides of having oily skin is that I need to use powder to keep from looking shiny. After I set my makeup with powder, I use three to four spritzes of this spray to help my makeup from looking too powdery. I love that is adds some "dew" to my skin, but doesn't make me look shiny. Added bonus: it smells amazing!! I would definitely recommend trying this one out.

ELF brushes: For only $2-8 dollars each, these brushes are great! I'm amazed at the quality of the bristles and how well they apply my makeup. I love buying these to throw in my makeup bag, so I don't have to worry about my more expensive brushes when I'm on the go or traveling. My new favorite is the blending brush (pictured above). The bristles are so dense and soft--perfect to achieve a flawless finish.

NYX HD concealer ($4.99): I heard about this concealer a lot from different bloggers, but I've always loved my go-to concealer, so I never tried it until now. Now I wish I had tried it sooner. This offers great coverage and really brightens and highlights the eye area. To avoid any creasing, I would highly recommend applying it with your ring finger and then stippling away any excess with a beauty blender. Then set with a light dusting of powder.

Glossier Stretch Concealer ($18): Ok, this concealer is SO good! One of the most frustrating things about concealer is getting creases, which basically defeats the purpose of wearing it. This literally does not crease and leaves a beautiful, dewy finish under your eyes. I actually prefer to wear it without a setting powder. It doesn't work as well for providing full coverage, but I love this for days when I want a more natural look or only have a few minutes to look put together. Highly recommend this stuff.

  4. My sister is using only the NYX make up. She always say to everyone that NYX products are the best at the market. Do you agree with that? Because I saw disputes about it almost million times and still she always wins with her NYX-GOD. It would be very interesting to know opinion of famous beauty-blogger about it. Because I can’t trust reviews on Resumeedge.com in this question.
